Two Dutchies in Australia

Hello there! Our first day started off well, breakfast outside in the sun, could it get any better? Then we went out 4 Aussie day, a national holiday. I found out it was a celebration of (this year) a 200 year occupation by the British. Lots of tourists and young people about on the beach with the australian flag fake tattood and draped all over them. At night we had dinner by the yara river. All in all a very good day!!

Today we're going 2 explore the big city center of Melbourne. Sunny and hot outside, 28 degrees celsius. Lots of nice lunchcafes and shops to check out! Maybe time 4 an aussie burger?? And then at night time we're having a typical australian barbie, where im going to try kangaroo meat!!
I gotta say, still having a bit of trouble understanding the ozzies, especially the older ones!! But plenty of time to develop a good ozzie accent eh?

Hi guys! The day has finally come!! 4 months of working my ass off at WerQdag..it's all going to be worth it! 2 months filled with lovely sunny weather and gorgeous beaches! Throw some shrimps on the barbi eh mate! Travelling Australia and Bali with my best friend Amber

Backpack's finally packed, in bed at last! Waking up in 6 hours.. Flying at 12 am today. Melbourne will be our first stop. Staying at Gertjan and Brians 19 hour flight...BRING IT!! We'll get there on wednesday evening...just in time 4 Australia day on thursday!!!!!!!! A big Australian holiday with fireworks and more
